Parfait de yogur de coco especiado con cardamomo y semillas de chía
Este delicioso parfait ofrece una opción cremosa y texturizada para el desayuno o la merienda, siguiendo los principios ayurvédicos. Contiene yogur de coco refrescante, especias cálidas y semillas de chía ricas en fibra para una experiencia equilibrada y satisfactoria.
Ingredientes:
1 taza de yogur de coco natural entero
1/2 taza de hojuelas de coco rallado sin azúcar
1/4 taza de granola (elija una granola sin azúcar y a base de nueces para una opción más ayurvédica)
1 cucharada de semillas de chía
1/4 cucharadita de cardamomo molido
Pizca de canela molida (opcional)
Miel o jarabe de arce al gusto (opcional)
Hojas de menta fresca para decorar (opcional)
Instrucciones:
Preparación de las semillas de chía: En un tazón pequeño, combine las semillas de chía con un chorrito de agua o leche (lo justo para cubrirlas). Déjelas reposar de 5 a 10 minutos para que absorban el líquido y adquieran una consistencia gelatinosa.
Dale sabor a tu yogur: En un bol aparte, bate el yogur de coco con el cardamomo molido y una pizca de canela (si la usas). Ajusta la cantidad de cardamomo a tu gusto: ¡con un poco es suficiente!
Arma tu parfait : ¡Ahora viene la parte divertida! En un vaso o frasco de vidrio, coloca capas de granola, mezcla de semillas de chía y yogur de coco especiado. Repite las capas hasta llenar el vaso, terminando con un toque de coco rallado restante para un delicioso contraste de texturas.
Endulce el trato (opcional): si prefiere un parfait más dulce, rocíe un poco de miel o jarabe de arce sobre la capa superior.
Acabado fresco (opcional): decora tu creación con una ramita de menta fresca para darle un toque de color y refrescante.
Consejos:
Tuesta ligeramente el coco rallado en una sartén seca a fuego medio para un sabor más intenso y una textura más crujiente. Vigila atentamente para evitar que se queme.
Prepare la mezcla de semillas de chía con anticipación y guárdela en un recipiente hermético para poder colocarla en capas fácilmente a lo largo de la semana.
Experimenta con diferentes tipos de granola que se adapten a tus preferencias ayurvédicas. También puedes sustituir la granola por frutos secos picados para añadir proteínas y textura.
