The Fira d’Oví i Caprí de Calvià is a vibrant annual event held in Calvià, Mallorca, celebrating the region's rich agricultural and livestock traditions. In 2025, the fair will mark its 25th edition, continuing to honour the deep-rooted pastoral culture of the area.

  • Can Torrat: Lamb frito and shoulder of lamb

  • Aromes: Lamb ribs with potatoes

  • Sa Societat: Mallorcan-style platter

  • Sportiu: Sandwiches and pa amb oli

  • Rosita: Roast beef (chicken and beef)

  • Sa Central and Es Trinxet: Kid goat frito

  • Can Garrit: Lamb sausages and pulled suckling pig

The Fira d’Oví i Caprí has grown over the years into a beloved local tradition, showcasing the dedication and hard work of Calvià's farmers and livestock breeders. Initially established to promote the region's agricultural sector, the fair has since evolved into a dynamic cultural celebration that unites locals and visitors alike. It serves as a tribute to Calvià's long-standing rural heritage and the vital role farmers play in the community's economy and identity.
