Halloween, while not historically a major celebration in Mallorca, has grown remarkably popular in recent years. Traditionally, Mallorcans observe Nit de les Ànimes (Night of Souls) on November 1st, a day when families come together to honour the memory of loved ones who have passed. Today, most Mallorcan towns blend this cherished tradition with the fun and frights of Halloween, creating a unique, spirited atmosphere.

In cities like Palma, locals and tourists alike dive into the festivities, enjoying costume parties, themed events, and spooky decor in bars, clubs, and restaurants. Family-friendly activities such as trick-or-treating and pumpkin carving have also become widespread across the island.

This year, Mallorca is embracing Halloween with even more flair—featuring thrilling events, creative costumes, and activities that celebrate both local customs and Halloween excitement. Here’s a look at what’s happening for Halloween 2025 in a town near you:
