Hidden Gems - Sa Pobla

Our spotlight on this beautiful town, brimming with real estate bargains

With its stunning landscapes, rich cultural heritage, vibrant lifestyle and year-round sunshine, it’s no wonder Mallorca continues to attract foreign investors either as a destination for their permenant home or for private holiday homes / tourist rentals. However, with the average property price in Mallorca being twice Spain's National average, this can sometimes prove to be tricky.

Some areas in very high demand such as Portals & Port d'Andratx can reach over and beyond 4 x times the national average, making them seemingly impossible for anyone other than the megarich to buy into! So is buying a property in Mallorca just a pipe dream for those of us on a more modest budget? Happily we can confirm that No! There are still many bargains to be had and plenty of areas on this island paradise where you can get a lot more bang for your buck. Investing in these areas could even yield big financial gains long-term. First in our series of places to watch in Real Estate for 2024 is the charming and friendly Northern Mallorcan town of Sa Pobla.
