What do you do?
I’m a transformational guide, working across all aspects of our being—mind, body, and spirit—to bring us back to our innate wholeness. My work helps people live more fulfilling, aligned, and joyful lives.
With 20 years of experience in holistic modalities, I’ve learned that true thriving requires a 360-degree approach. I incorporate this philosophy into everything I do—retreats, ceremonies, corporate training, workshops, off-site days, and online mentorships.
Understanding how deeply interconnected we are, I weave together different healing practices with intuition, knowledge, and experience, supporting my clients through their unique personal evolution so they can thrive in all areas of life.
We all have our own ways to heal deep beliefs and patterns which are ready to be transformed into our potential, to create positive impact in our lives, those around us, within community and globally.
How did you end up in Mallorca?
Just before the 2020 lockdown, I attended an insights seminar that sparked a wild realisation: I wasn’t making choices from my heart—I was living by expectations. Mine, society’s, others’. Mostly around what success was supposed to look like.
When lockdown hit, I asked myself: If this is the end of the world, am I content with how I’ve lived? The answer was no. I’d always dreamed of living by the sea, in nature, in the warmth. I knew from my travels that I thrived in that kind of environment.
Years earlier, I’d been on a press trip to Deià, Mallorca, staying at La Residencia. I fell in love with the Tramuntana mountains, the laid-back way of life. We had a talk at the Robert Graves Museum about how his grandchildren grew up here—picking oranges from the trees, riding donkeys.
Looking back, I planted the seed then. A decade before I had children, I already knew this was the lifestyle I wanted for them. Now, it’s the life they have—surrounded by nature, simplicity, fruit growing in abundance—alongside the normal rhythms of school, friends, and activities.
You moved from a successful career in media to becoming a transformational guide. Why such a profound shift?
When I reached a managerial role, what I loved most was nurturing talent, empowering my team, and understanding what made people tick. That led me to explore personality types, coaching techniques, and deeper human behavior.
My fascination with people was why I went into journalism in the first place. But alongside my media career, I had been quietly studying and practicing different healing modalities for years. It started with a long trip to India in my early twenties, where I immersed myself in yoga philosophy, meditation, and spiritual growth.
The challenge was integrating all that wisdom into daily life in London—until I discovered coaching techniques. That was the missing piece. Suddenly, I saw how I could apply everything I had learned to serve people in a way that made sense in modern life.
That’s when I made the shift, launching Nuata Studio. But really, this has been—and continues to be—a lifetime’s work.

What’s the most surprising transformation you’ve witnessed in a client?
I’ve held space for women in deep grief and watched life and beauty return to their faces. I’ve guided women through kundalini awakenings—huge energetic recalibrations that bring clarity, power, and purity.
But the most surprising—and most common—transformation? Highly successful women realising they are not wrong or bad.
So many high achievers are driven by an unconscious childhood wound—feeling unseen, invalidated, or not enough. When they return to their natural state of wholeness, when they release the fear and step into unconditional love, everything shifts. Work, home life, relationships, intimacy—it all becomes easier, more joyful, more abundant. That is an incredible thing to witness.
What do you see as the biggest hurdles standing between us and our dreams?
Deep-rooted beliefs that aren’t true. Generational conditioning, passed down through fear.
There’s a well-known study where mice were conditioned to fear cherry blossoms by receiving electric shocks. Six generations later, their descendants still avoided cherry blossoms—despite never experiencing the shocks themselves.
We’re the same. We inherit fears that no longer serve us. My first step with every client is uncovering their core wounds, often formed in childhood or within the family constellation. Once we bring them to awareness, we can start reprogramming unconscious pathways and create a life we actually want—instead of unconsciously recreating a life we don’t.
We make 33,000 choices a day. The goal is to make them from our highest self, rather than from inherited fears or outdated survival patterns.
But this isn’t just a mindset shift—it’s a full-body recalibration. That’s why my work integrates mind, emotions, body, and energy. Patterns and fears are stored in all these layers. True transformation has to address them all.
What’s one simple practice or mindset shift someone can implement today?
Throughout the day, ask yourself:
• What am I choosing?
• Why am I choosing it?
If unsure:
• What would love do?
This pulls you out of fear-based or unconscious decision-making and back into alignment. The sensation of love being the opposite of fear - which is why it creates a shift, mind, body, energy.
And when I’m deep in an emotion, I remind myself: I choose freedom. This allows me to feel without getting lost in the narrative that creates suffering. We never want to deny feelings—we just want to detach from the story that keeps them stuck.
You work predominantly with women, some with immense knowledge and wisdom. What have you learned from them?
Wisdom isn’t just intellectual—it’s embodied and interconnected. In an age where AI can outthink the human brain, our greatest value isn’t in raw intellect but in our ability to access deeper intelligence—within ourselves and beyond the physical.
Women already understand this; they feel it. When truth is spoken, I see it register in the body before the mind catches up—shoulders drop, breath deepens, something shifts. Intuition isn’t just a personal sense; it’s a connection to something greater, a vast intelligence we are always in dialogue with.
We don’t have to rely solely on logic to find answers. Creativity, insight, and awareness flow when we tap into this deeper field of wisdom. Somatic work, rest, creative expression, and theta practice help us attune to it. And witnessing that moment of reconnection—when someone remembers their innate wisdom and access to something beyond themselves—it never gets old.
What’s in store for 2025 and beyond?
I've had & have so many more exciting projects this year! In London, Leaders Who Thrive is expanding with an online program—an easy-to-implement, 8-step video series, a beautifully designed 45-page workbook, and holistic tools to End Burnout Forever. We’re also running onsite training, workshops, offsite days, and retreats for corporate and creative industries.
At NUATA Studio, I continue to offer private 3-, 6-, and 9-month mentorships for women and men to truly thrive.
I’m launching Pearl of the Ocean, a six-week sacred intimacy training for women, and deepening my in-person work with Blue Lotus Ceremonies in Mallorca and beyond. A special collaboration with Kadestra (Christoph), musician and medicine man will weave live music into these ceremonies, bringing the masculine into a previously women-only space.
I’m also partnering with astrologer and sacred sexuality healer Dominquea to launch Shadow Alchemy, a monthly online membership exploring deep transformation.
I have some upcoming communication projects too, podcast and Substack, more to be revealed soon.
There’s so much unfolding, and I’m incredibly excited for what’s ahead!
