Fira d´art Contemporani | Art Cologne | Palma

9 - 12 April 2026

ART COLOGNE is introducing a new art fair format in the Balearic Islands: ART COLOGNE PALMA MALLORCA. This exclusive event will bring a carefully curated selection of leading national and international galleries to Palma. The new format is the result of a close collaboration between ART COLOGNE and the Mallorcan gallery association Art Palma Contemporani, supported by the Balearic government, the government of the island of Mallorca and the city of Palma.


ART COLOGNE PALMA MALLORCA will take place the week after Easter, from 9 to 12 April 2026, at the striking Palau de Congressos Palma Bay. Designed by Spanish architect Francisco Mangado and completed in 2017, the neo-brutalist building is located directly by the sea, just a short walk from the city centre and Palma’s iconic cathedral. Its unique architecture and prime location provide an exceptional setting for this new art event.

Orange Fair | Feria de Naranja | Fira de la Taronja, Vall de Soller

10 - 26 April 2026

The Fira de la Taronja returns to Sóller, Port de Sóller, and Fornalutx from April 10-26, 2026, celebrating the region’s famed oranges with a mix of gastronomy, culture, and tradition. This festival showcases the valley’s citrus heritage with special menus at local restaurants, an orange market, guided tours, competitions, and live entertainment. The main fair takes place on April 11-12 in Sóller, featuring a bustling marketplace at Plaça Constitució, citrus-themed contests, and musical performances. Additional events in Fornalutx include the prestigious ‘Golden Orange’ award, a citrus cake competition, and heritage tours.

With its rich agricultural history, Sóller’s annual Orange Fair is a must-visit spring event for food lovers, culture enthusiasts, and festivalgoers. Visitors can enjoy guided walks through historic orange groves, indulge in citrus-inspired dishes, and immerse themselves in the local community’s celebrations. XIX Nautical Fair and Mostra Gastronòmica de la Sípia | Feria de la Sepia | Cuttlefish Festival, Alcudia

17 - 19 April 2026

Port d'Alcudia comes alive once again with the XIX Nautical Fair and Mostra Gastronòmica de la Sípia, celebrating the humble cuttlefish / Sípia in all its glory. The festivities kick off on Friday the 17th with the official opening at 7 p.m, marked by craft and food markets along Gabriel Roca Street. Meanwhile, the Les Escoles d'Alcúdia i la Mar exhibition opens its doors, showcasing maritime heritage.

Music fills the air as evening descends, accompanied by the tantalising aroma of cuttlefish dishes prepared by nearly thirty participating restaurants. Saturday heralds the launch of the XIX Fira Nàutica, featuring nautical exhibitors, Civil Guard and Maritime Rescue displays, and the prestigious PQI regatta team exhibition. The Mercadet d'Artesania i de Productes Alimentaris offers crafts and gastronomic delights alongside cultural activities, culminating in a day of sensory delight and maritime splendor.

Sunday sees the continuation of festivities with the Envelat d'emociones submergides and environmental initiatives, followed by musical performances and awards ceremonies. The Cuttlefish Festival promises three days of flavour, fun, and cultural enrichment, solidifying its status as one of Mallorca's most beloved events.

XXIII Fira del Vi | Pollença Wine Fair 2026 | Pollença

25 - 26 April 2026

This year the 23rd edition of the Pollença Wine Fair will be held on April 25th and 26th in the cosy cloisters of Sant Domingo. Always a bustling and vibrant event which draws visitors from all around the world, ready to sample and savour over 250 different wines from 37 different local producers. Don´t miss this opportunity to engage with your favourite producers in the inspiring surroundings of the cloisters.

 

The official inauguration of the Wine Fair will be on Saturday, April 25th at 10:00 am. The entrance fee will be €15 and will include a €5 discount voucher for the purchase of wine at the fair itself.

Fira de Sant Francesc, Muro

8 -13 April 2026

The Fira de Sant Francesc in Muro, Mallorca, is a traditional festival held annually in April that pays homage to the town’s rich heritage, particularly its connection to marès stone and the quarry workers who shaped the region's identity. The event combines cultural, social, and sporting activities with traditional Mallorcan customs. Highlights include historical talks, art exhibitions, and photography contests focused on quarry craftsmanship. Visitors can also enjoy a vibrant market, parades, live performances, and guided tours of historic quarry sites like Son Blai and Son Auba. Religious ceremonies, such as a special mass honoring Sant Francesc de Paula, further connect the event to Muro’s spiritual traditions.

For 2026, the festival is expected to maintain its strong focus on heritage while expanding its program with more interactive exhibits and family activities. Attendees can look forward to a blend of cultural insights, live entertainment, and hands-on experiences, all while emphasizing sustainability and environmental awareness. Palma International Boat Show 2026, Palma

29 April - 2 May 2026

The Palma International Boat Show returns from 29th April to 2nd May 2026. The PIBS is the opening fair of the Mediterranean boating season. More than 300 companies will participate, exhibiting a wide variety of boats and the latest innovations in equipment, water sports, and services. The Shipyards & Equipment area of the Palma International Boat Show brings together a wide range of commercial offerings, ranging from new boats up to 35 meters in length to shipyards, dry docks, equipment distributors, specialised training, and much more.

The Club de Mar and Moll Vell exhibition areas will be connected by shuttle boats with a single-entry ticket for both locations. Visitors can expect around 30,000 attendees, over 280 exhibitors, and a diverse display of superyachts, boatbuilding, marine equipment, and more.

With over 40 years of history, the Palma International Boat Show continues to be a vital economic driver in the Balearic Islands, contributing €1.1 billion annually, representing more than 3% of the Balearic GDP. Organised by the Balearic Islands Regional Ministry of Enterprise, Employment and Energy and the Balearic Yacht Brokers Association (BYBA), this renowned event will once again launch the Mediterranean sailing season in style.
