Estellencs Wine and Cheese Fair, Estellencs

Since 2009, the Fira del Vi i del Formatge or Estellencs Wine and Cheese Fair has been a beloved tradition, drawing locals and visitors alike to indulge in a wide array of wines and cheeses. Set against the backdrop of the stunning Serra de Tramuntana, this fair offers a delightful tasting experience featuring not only wines and cheeses but also other quality products and artisanal items. Visitors can enjoy a festive atmosphere with activities for both children and adults, making it a perfect day out for the whole family.
XXXVIII Fira-Espectacle Ses Salines 2025, Ses Salines
01 May 2025
The main fair day of the XXXVIII Fira-Espectacle Ses Salines 2025 takes place on May 1st and stands at the heart of the month-long celebration marking the town’s 100th anniversary as an independent municipality. Kicking off at 8:00 AM, the day features an Artisan Market and a Traditional Dog Exhibition, followed by an official parade and a Traditional Costume Parade that showcase the community’s rich heritage. Highlights continue into the evening with a second Equestrian Show, a preview of the musical 100 Years of Change, a dance exhibition and masterclass, and a headline concert by AVALANX, a dynamic 14-member ensemble blending acoustic and electronic sounds.
Beyond May 1st, the Fira-Espectacle offers a full itinerary of cultural, artistic, and community-driven events running from April 25 to May 30. From art exhibitions and sports events to musical performances and wellness walks, the celebration honours Ses Salines’ roots in agriculture and craftsmanship while spotlighting its creative future. A shuttle service connects visitors from Colònia de Sant Jordi, making it easier for all to join in this spirited centennial tribute.
Fira del Vi | Wine Fair, Pollença
10 - 11 May 2025
The 22nd edition of the Pollença Wine Fair (Fira del Vi de Pollença) will take place on May 10–11, 2025, in the historic Cloister of Sant Domingo in Pollença, Mallorca. Organised by the Vi Primitiu Association with local government support, the event showcases the island’s vibrant winemaking culture, featuring 37 Mallorcan wineries and, for the first time, 20 from DO Montsant in Catalonia. This year’s fair includes debut appearances from three new wineries and offers over 250 wines for tasting, with admission priced at €15, which includes a glass and a €5 wine voucher.
Beyond tastings, the fair emphasizes personal interaction with winemakers and features a curated lineup of events including guided tastings, a welcome ceremony with live jazz, and a roundtable on regional wine appellations. The 2025 fair also highlights visual art, with a watercolour poster by Malena Vilanova capturing the spirit of Mallorcan viticulture. The event continues to grow as a hub for wine lovers and industry professionals, celebrating tradition while embracing innovation.

Alcúdia transforms into a part of Andalusia with the Feria de Abril | April Fair. Despite the name, the Alcúdia April Fair takes place in May and celebrates all things Andalusian, including traditional flamenco music and dance, gastronomy and vibrant festivities.
